Super flexitarian and delicious! - Edit
A definite must! I had the build your own salad with tofu, balsamic vinegar and a ton of add-one. It was a great size and everything was fresh and so delicious. My partner had the build your one protein bowl and sweet potato curry soup - both were fantastic! Others in our group had non-vegan options and thoroughly enjoyed them as well.
