Thai coconut salad w tofu was so good. - Edit
Lots of vegan options (more than the average) . I ate the Thai coconut salad with tofu and side of roasted veggies. Absolutely outstanding and fair priced for the quantity of food they served.

So bad - Edit
Just ordered takeout from this eatery at 6:20 pm on a Friday night. When I got my food home I discovered that on both entrees the rice and quinoa was missing. I called the store to complain and received a wholly unsatisfactory response. No refund, no help, no good.

Not a ton of vegan options - the Buddha Bowl or a bowl with the tofu and choice of sides are the main choices. The food is fresh and tasty, reasonably priced, with healthy portions.

Best vegan pizza in Longmont - Edit
I didn’t know modern market had vegan cheese as an option until reading these reviews because it’s oddly not on their menu. When ordering online, you can select “sub vegan cheese.” I did that on their beyond sausage pizza and added red sauce. It was the best pizza I’ve had in a while. This chain seems not to want vegans’ money, since they don’t have nondairy milk for coffee, and eliminated the tofu scramble that used to be a great vegan breakfast option. I find it weird and off-putting that they don’t accommodate vegans better, and that you have to know a secret handshake to get vegan cheese. I’m giving 4 stars though because the pizza really is that good. The soup and tofu bowl options are also tasty and fresh.

Several good vegan and vegetarian choices. Order at the counter, food is brought to the table. Locally sourced ingredients. One soup of the day is always vegan. Salads, warm bowls and wood fired pizza available. I love the homemade lemonades, including carrot and cucumber mint!

Great recommendation from guy at the counter to get the Margherita pizza with vegan cheese and beyond sausage. Cheese is Daiya. Menu was labeled when vegan. Would like to try other options.
