Uses simple ingredients to make food from scratch including the salad dressings and pizza dough. Vegans could have dishes like southwest tofu scramble (requires modification), curry split pea soup, sesame tofu plate, rosemary sweet potato mash (check for dairy), ginger maple roasted veggies, and possibly others - ask staff for assistance. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-9:00pm.

I really enjoyed my Buddha bowl. Unfortunately I don’t have much to say about the restaurant because the food was ordered. I also enjoyed the large portion!

Buddha bowl is good option - Edit
I have gotten the buddha bowl several times. Its a decent portion but not large. It is good and healthy. Im confident in the practices that contamination is prevented. Also the ordering system allows for customization of non vegan options. It is clear what is vegan and what isn’t.

Soups are good but small and not as good if value as the buddha bowl.
