Lots of plant-based options! - Edit
I rarely visit restaurants that serve meat. They rarely offer good plant-based options, plus I prefer to support vegetarian or vegan places. I came to Modern Bistro Bresno by chance and I don't regret it! The plant-based menu is very extensive, the staff understand the plant-based diet very well and are very helpful. The food was fresh and tasty. In this part of Gdansk, this is probably the best option for dining.

Delicious clearly labelled vegan options in a beautiful setting - Edit
This place has vegan options for each course, including dessert. Everything is clearly labelled and staff and owner are pro vegan and understand the concept fully. The restaurant itself is really light and modern and the food is delicious! I had the spaghetti which has so many great flavours, and also the ciabatta with dips. Was so full I had no room for dessert! Also try their Gdansk beer (black or red - I preferred red) - only a few places in the area stock this beer (there is a waiting list to stock it!) which is brewed in a very traditional way and hard to find anywhere. Would definitely come back again (and again and again). Close to the beach in Brzezno.
