CAULIFLOWER CRUST NOT VEGAN

I worked at MOD pizza, and turns out, the cauliflower crust is in fact NOT vegan at all. They put cheese in it to keep the crust together. I also heard from the manager of the store that the regular crust has a small amount of whey in it, making it not vegan as well! So, mod is out.

They have vegan cheese which is good but seemed to be sticky which is a common problem with almost all vegan cheeses. Their crusts (atleast on the mini sized pizza) was really thin which I'm not personally a fan of but others may enjoy. They do not use separate gloves or pizza cutters on your pizza so if you really don't want any animal products touching it at all, ask for them to use separate tools.

Pros: has vegan cheese, multiple pizza sizes

Cons: don't use separate tools
