Best Vegan selections for a Chain - Edit
You make a pizza like you make a burrito at places like Chipotle, so everything is customizable. However the cheese is just okay (daiya I think). So I like it while my wife just doesn’t like any vegan cheese (with the exception of house-made cashew cheeses). So if the cheese isn’t a dealbreaker for you, this place is definitely worth checking out.

If you are wanting a quick bite than mod is a good place to go. I prefer other pizza joints but they do have vegan cheese and a ton of veggies!
