Awesome vegan burgers, I had the mocking burger which was delicious and just what I felt like. My Omni friend had the French onion burger and also really enjoyed it. But even nicer than the burger were the pad Thai loaded fries which were amaaazing!

The good thing is that all is vegan, but the quality of the food was mediocre; overcooked dumplings, salad covered in vinegar, dessert incredibly sugary.

Read moreDaughter LOVES the curly fries and berry smoothie. Everything I've had from here has been exceptional except the fish burger....but that's my own fault because I know I don't like banana blossom! Their chicken seitan is amazing as is their coffee. Great atmosphere too

I had a cod burger for dinner in Mockingbird tonight. This was my third time eating there an it seems that there are always large groups there, which is great as many people then go a night without meat! But it is also a bit noisy for other guests. My burger was good, the fish very realistic, with even a herb stem fooling me into feeling a fishbone in my "fish". Good and fast service.

This place is cool, and great that it’s all vegan. But, the Buffalo Bowl just was pretty paltry for the price. Just not much food and not much skill in the prep. Similarly, the beers were expensive. I also had the Oreo cake jar, and it was both pretty poorly executed (just fat and sugar, with little flavor) and overpriced.

Menu sounds great but we were disappointed by the dishes. Burgers were just white soft buns with some dry patty, no fresh vegetables and a tiny bit of sauce. Loaded fries were covered in rather thick sticky vegemite sauce than something I’d call “cheese”. It’s nice to have a vegan option in the CBD but food could definitely be improved with fresh ingredients.

Good atmosphere, cafe/bar casual dining. Nearly everything vegan, what isn’t is clearly labeled that it has egg. I had the loaded fries and Hulu Hulu burger and it was sleazy and delicious! Will definitely be going here again!

Such an awesome place to have in the central city. 99% vegan menu with awesome bowls and burgers. I think the Buffalo bowl is my favourite - buffalo cauliflower, avocado, slaw, greens, pan fried chickpeas, tahini etc, and the burgers are so good!

Yummy food and so cool to see another almost fully vegan cafe open up in Wellington! Everything on the menu is vegan or can be made vegan. Lots and burgers, bowls, and desserts! A touch overpriced for what you get - particularly for the burgers. Nevertheless, yummy and will be back to enjoy other things on their menu!

Had the vegan version of the chicken burger. Wrapped with wilted and tiny pieces of lettuce that were supposed to be a bun substitute. Overall, a disappointment due to poor quality and no attention to detail. Not worth it.

Had the Wholefood Bowl and the ‘Wake Me Up’ smoothie. I can 100% recommend the Wholefood Bowl - the tempeh was the star, and all the other flavours worked really well.

So many amazing burgers, Buddha bowls, loaded fries, smoothies, good coffee and all vegan, with lots of plant milk options too. Basically the entire menu is vegan aside from eggs on a brunch bowl. Then there’s the rooftop bar too, with vegan craft beers, wines, sangria jugs, cocktails etc. Never want to leave!
