Assembly line burritos with plant options - Edit
Mo Burrito isn’t going out of their way to feed vegans but it’s easy to create a simple plant-based meal here by choosing only the plant ingredients from the burrito assembly line. The flavors and textures are average for such a place: nothing wow, but it’s plants in the belly. It could be improved by adding tasty vegan options such as grilled portobellos and other veggies, and perhaps they’ll consider that if enough people ask for it.

This place is a great. Love the brown rice. Wish there was a tofu option for the burrito. We only get these to go on our way over the mountains so can't speak to the seating or beer.

Had a veggie burrito, but the fajita veggies were pretty bland. Definitely ask for extra rice & beans, and get plenty of salsa on it.

It's basically the same as a chipotle with better quality. I really liked the food their as you can customize your own bowl, tacco or fajita.

I’m a big fan fan of burrito places like this, but was just kind of a weird atmosphere in general and the food was sub par. Just had a veggie burrito but wasn’t impressed.

Veggie burrito lacked a little flavor. The beans and rice were super bland, and fajitas could’ve used more. Pretty liquidy so it made tortilla soaked. However, big portions and liked the guacamole and French fries.

Like Chipotle, but not near as good. The rice had way too much lime in it. It seriously tasted like eating raw lime and the salsas lacked flavor (maybe it was because everything f tasted like lime). They were out of fajita veggies, but gave me free guacamole so that was awesome.

Great potential but just not that good - Edit
This is a Chipotle like place. The flavors are just off. Maybe they use canned beans? I wish I loved this place as the concept is my favorite but it's just not tasty. On the plus side, great Happy hour special with local beer on tap. They also offer fries on any meal for an additional charge. They also charge Xtra for guac on veg items.
