very tasty. all broth but tonkotsu are vegan and when you communicate, that you are vegan you get tofu as substitution vor the egg and naruto.

Fantastic feast - Edit
We came twice in three days. It was so good! We loved the Ramen (the Miso Spicy was fantastic!) and the miso soup especially.

Read moreAs a non meat eater there aren’t many options for us in Carcassonne other than bread & cheese based dishes so finding this restaurant was very welcomed.
Our waitress Shannon was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious and tasted traditional. Would highly recommend.
Pros: Healthy varied options. , Flavourful , Plentiful
Cons: Restaurant quiet, but asked to return in an hr. , Some meat options not available for friends.
