Good healthy option

I got the Be Well bowl which came with quinoa, mixed greens, lentils, chickpeas, edamame, cucumber, carrot, and avocado. I got light dressing, but I should have gone with medium. It was a solid salad. Nothing too spectacular but it was exactly what I was craving, and it was a good amount of food.

Pros: Quick, Healthy, Compostable boxes
