Fabulous vegan menu and food - Edit
At suggestion of a friend, we went here tonight. They have a separate, extensive vegan menu with a wide variety of food styles (Mediterranean to Mexican to PanAsian). We had the grilled cauliflower and the teriyaki tofu bowel. Both were superb. Survive was warm, attentive and professional. Raul and Phillipe wee so gracious to us and the other folks dining then. Even they they offer a fully vegan menu, Happy Cow does not allow 5 stars because of the non-vegan menu.

Es gibt eine komplette vegane Speisekarte. Frühstück und Mittagessen waren sehr lecker. Auf Allergien, etc. wird aufmerksam eingegangen. Der Kellner war sehr aufmerksam, kompetent und freundlich, sprach spanisch und englisch.

I have eaten here several times and it is one of my favorite restaurants in Zihuatanejo. Their coconut ice cream is so good.

We had the most special vegan dinner. We ordered everything on the menu with an additional risotto that wasn't on the menu. Everything was the highest qualily. Thank you Raul for the perfect service. It was a very special evening and we appreciated it! Perfectly delicious!! Very fine dining 😊

Fabulous vegan and raw options! - Edit
I went to Mito the other day. There were so many great vegan options I could barely choose. I had a wonderful portabello mushroom burger on a hand made whole wheat bun. The mushroom was perfectly marinated and the sandwich was briming with goodies..ie, tomato, avocado, cucumber and also a vegan chipotle mayo. It came with decadent potato wedges. The watermelon water was very healthy...no sugar added!! I can't wait to come back and try to vegan moussaka...and the vegan BLT. Super cool atmosphere too.

Pros: Fabulous vegan options, Great soups and salads too, Outdoor dining or inside with a/c.
Cons: Too much to choose from!, Not a huge restaurant, Not open 24 hours a day!

they have a lunch menu that included a vegan section. great place to go with none veges as well as all the food is good. while the vegan food is simple it is very tasty and good service. highly recommend
