They tried! They have a handful of vegan options on the menu. I was craving breakfast food, and I ordered the wrong dish. I ordered Mitchell's Farmer's Breakfast and was very disappointed. I figured it'd be tasty since it was named after the restaurant. The vegan eggs tasted gross and I only took one bite of them. The hashbrown, bread, and vegan ribs were good, but sadly, it didn't make up for the vegan eggs. If I ever ate here again, I'd order a different dish.
Read moreThe restaurant reminded me of a sports bar. Many guests were watching the games on TV, drinking, cheering, and celebrating. My waiter was friendly and accommodating. Initially, he told me that the eggs that were a part of my meal weren't vegan so I told him to omit that from my order. However, he spoke to the cooks who told him that they were vegan eggs. He didn't seem as knowledgeable about vegan food, but he went the extra mile and spoke to his co-workers in the kitchen and kept everything professional.
