High-Quality Ingredients - Edit
The vegan flavors are made with high-quality ingredients. The sorbets are very sweet, at least to my taste, and the ice creams are just the right level of sweet. The seasonal pistachio is my favorite so far, because one can see all the ground pistachio in it, almost like a pistachio butter. I get mine in pints to go.

Best ice cream in town, with great vegan flavors (Vegan Chocolate, Vegan Salted Caramel Pecan, and usually a seasonal one as well) as well as a few Sorbets.

Rich, creamy vegan ice cream - Edit
Mitchell’s Ice Cream in Solon recently was expanded and renovated. Located just west Of SOM Center road in a strip shopping center, the usual, four vegan offerings are delicious, and sometimes accompanied by a seasonal addition. The ice cream can be enjoyed on site or by buying pints to go.
