Great Vegan Sushi - Edit
Ate here for the first time after reading about them for months. We were not disappointed. Great flavors, beautiful presentation. I can’t wait to go back again and try the rest of the menu. Only wish we lived a little closer.

The staff is always so kind and friendly even when it's clearly very busy.
I only wish I could go here more often, but they close at 7 or 8 most days.

I saw a review while googling near by vegan food near my acupuncturist to get some food and kill time before an appointment and a review said "I don't think of it as vegan...culinary art" and it is so TRUE. My husband is part Japanese but not vegan and he said it was the best sushi he's ever tasted period! And me as a vegan who misses sushi at times, this hit the spot better than any vegan sushi I've had. They are on point...so fresh and you won't be disappointed. Tried the Oasis, Meadow, and California and they all were DELICIOUS. We are looking forward to eating there every time we are in the area.

I ordered all of the Main rolls (special), one of the simple rolls (California), and one asparagus nigiri. I was very impressed and can’t wait to go back!

Have you been missing the fancy sushi rolls of your old life? Tired of avocado and cucumber rolls? This food cart is the answer! Really lovely staff, amazing rolls, cute ass cart in a new food pod with ample seating (and parking!!) - it's got it all! My favorite is the Oasis roll - the spicy squash on top is super reminiscent of spicy salmon rolls (but not so much so that it'll gross you out!). Their rolls are so inventive and unique - I have never tried anything like it! I ordered from them back when they were just a pop up and was so excited to see they had opened up a cart I can visit any time I like!
