CLOSED: Mister Vegan

There's diversity and the girl who attended me was mega-friendly and sympa, but It's a bit expensive ( 3 € for a small plastic glass of cous cous? ) and almost everything to me looks small.

At the time we visited Mister Vegan, the entire building was covered up for works, which made the location a little difficult to spot and unpleasant. However, the staff were phenomenal and we enjoyed two delicious currywursts along with sweet potato chips. Strongly recommended for a quick meal! Good spot to include East Side Gallery in, along with the "secret" DDR shop, not far from there.

I've eaten a lot of burgers on this trip, but I really enjoyed this. I had an Uncle Sam with fries and my partner had the Vulcan. The sauces were tasty.

I went there for lunch last week and combined a pizza slice with a vegan kebab. Now, I don't normally enjoy pizza with vegan cheese varieties (mainly because the cheese is too sticky for my taste), but this one I actually quite liked. The same goes for the kebab. The "kebab" is not really close to what I remember as kebab meat from a very long time ago - it's closer to a deep fried piece of tofu/seitan mix in a batter. But it was good! Lots of (standard-)veggies like carrots and lettuce in the bread, too ("Gemüsekebab"?). And: I got some kind of special deal for the pizza slice and the kebab. The pizza-kebab meal!

I had the Mister Vebab - giant vegan kebab - and it was tasty, juicy, full of flavors, lot of fresh veg and the kebab itself was really well seasoned, bread was crunchy. Definitely worth trying!!!

Had the Vulcan burger and Pumba burger. Both were excellent and I rank the vulcan as one of my all time favourite burgers! Many vegan burger places serve very dry burgers, but not Mister Vegan. The ones I had were very moist and the sauces they used were perfect. Although I didnt really have a deep conversation with Klaus, he seems to be a very likeable guy. If i lived in Berlin, I would definitely eat here very often.

First time I went there I talked to the owner who is also the chef. I am pretty sure that he is not vegan. If yes, he has no idea about vegan products and taste. This was one of the worst dishes I've ever had. There are way better options in this area.
