A must visit!! The owners were so lovely and the food is delicious. Almost all vegan, but a couple a vegetarian options. All clearly labelled. The food was delicious, but don’t sleep on the mocktails. Freshly made to order…incredible!

Yummy! - Edit
This is a really great little stall within the covered market in Cardigan (Mister Meze is upstairs). They have a good range of dishes, most of which are vegan.
Read moreWe tried a Meze box, olives and humous, all were a delight as you'd hope from this type of food, and all this came to £12.50 which I consider really good value.
The couple who run the stall are really very friendly too, and were more than happy to lure us in with delicious samples (we were pretty convinced even before being given these).

Run don't walk to Mister Meze! What a delicious delight! - Edit
I was admiring the giant Cardigan in the old Market Hall and happily came across the lovely people of Mister Meze! What a treat to find so many vegan options, including spinach dip made with oat yoghurt, and the best hummus I ever tasted. I had never heard of muhammara (dip made of walnuts, red bell peppers, pomegranate molasses, and sourdough breadcrumbs) or the piyaz white bean salad. Came away with a meze lunch box for just £7. Such a treat!
Read moreI am gutted that I ate it all before remembering to take a picture. Sorry Mister Meze! Here is a picture of the giant cardigan and the sunset instead.

Wowee, my fave place in Mid Wales - Edit
This has to be my favourite food spot in Mid Wales. They are super friendly, kind and knowledgeable and serve the most delicious, nourishing and healing salads and mocktails.
Read moreIt’s so exciting to have so many vegan (and even more veggie) options, and the salad boxes are so huge that you can cram in loads of different flavours and yumminess. The mocktails are beyond delicious, mmmm.
I would happily eat this food every day 💕
