A ramen bowl from Mister Lee's Noodles is a filling and indulgent treat, for sure! I've had a handful at this point, and I love the texture and vegetable variety. The chefs behind Bolete, a high-end restaurant in this Lehigh Valley area, started this noodle shop.

Great vegan option - Edit
I LOVE their veggie noodles with tofu. It is such a big portion of food. They have plenty of ass on options. Unfortunately there is only one option on the menu but you can add plenty of toppings. They are very pricey.

My favorite vegan rame - Edit
Very flavorful ramen. A lot of the other places nearby have boring broths, but the broth here is awesome! My favorite is the one they have in the summer (the menu changes seasonally). I also really love the toppings. I always get the veggie ramen and ask it to be veganized, but the green machine, and seaweed salad are other options you can get. The ramen is also very filling, so I find it to be worth the price.

I went here a few times before going fully vegan, had the hot vegetarian ramen always. Really good food and the staff have always been kind.

Had the veggie bowl. Need to ask for no egg and specify no egg noodles. Tofu was well seasoned veggies delicious. A bit on the pricier side $19 for a bowl of noodles and a sparkling water but quite filling.

It's nice to have vegan noodle in this area. The staff is vegan knowledgeable. They also have GF noodles.
