Vegans do not come - Edit
Their vegan burrito was really, really gross. Inedible. I doubt anyone that works there has tried it and liked it, and thats really pitiful in 2024. The vegan meat and vegan cheese are clearly cheap, it's the dry gross daiya cheese that doesn't melt.
Read moreAnd they could be improved with some better vegan protein. Like TVP seasoned and cooked like al pastor. Anything but that horrible fake meat they have now.
Maybe some lime juice. Maybe some cilantro and take out that horrible vegan cheese and add peppers pico or onions. It tasted like an ashtray. Server told us straight up that their vegan options aren't good. I was like, yeah we know. Salsa was good tho.

Good taco - Edit
I got the chips and salsa vegan version of the mushroom taco. The chips were good, but the salsa was too mild for me. The taco had a good flavor. The waitstaff was friendly and accommodating in making the mushroom taco vegan. They have their menu marked. However, their menu is marked as V - vegetarian and VG - vegan. This labeling was a bit confusing. I wish all restaurants would adopt V - vegan and VT - vegetarian. I love the interior.

They have a vegan burrito and vegan soft taco option. Tasty! Also the mushroom taco I made vegan and subbed the goat cheese for vegan cheese. My vegan twin and I would go back. They had the patio doors open with a nice breeze. Lots of fun mural art around the area.
