I hit this place every weekend in January bc most of the menu has a vegan option + there’s so many things to try. The burritos are huge + contain a decent amount of bell peppers, yesss. They couldn’t say what brand of “beef” they use bc the prep cook wasn’t around, just that it’s soy-based. I tried the carne asada quesadillas anyway + liked them. I prefer the chorizo tho, like I was actually surprised how much I loved the chorizo tacos. The black beans needed a pinch of salt (easy fix). The equites were full of flavor, yum.

Disappointing vegan option. - Edit
I remember coming here as a little kid and loving the food - but that was back when I was, to my eternal shame, not a vegan. I love the ambiance and the staff is great, but the sweet potatoes and peppers in the vegan enchiladas I had were nearly uncooked and devoid of flavour. Uncooked veg wrapped in a tortilla and covered in sauce does not a vegan option make.
