Some of the best vegan food on Maui - Edit
Friendly service and everything labeled plant based. Chinichurri sauce was delicious with a kick. Can be hard to find good vegan options in Maui so love this place!

Really awesome food and lots of vegan options. I had the pabellon arepa which had smoked jackfruit, beans and plant based cheese, yum! The yuca fries were great too. My family (omnies) enjoyed their food as well, so it's a great place to go if you're a mixed company. Would def give 5/5 if possible, the food is definitely on par with many all-vegan restaurants.

First time trying an arepa, and it was delicious 😋 they have a vegan section on their menu, with things clearly marked. Mine was black bean, jackfruit, and plaintian. They have a frozen coconut/mango drink that was also tasty

plenty of clearly marked plant-based options. pictured “patacon sandwich” is huge! made with fried plantains instead of bread. comes with avo, plant-based cheese (be sure to request it otherwise default is dairy mozzarella), and smoked jackfruit. other sandwich “jackfruit Hawaiiana arepa” is made with thick corn tortillas, smoked jackfruit, and pineapple salsa. yuca fries are a must! everything was yum!

I have been a vegan for 32 years. This place has plenty of vegan options. The jackfruit arepa was fresh and stuffed to the max with a flavorful smokiness and a mango-onion salsa. The yuca fries were seasoned perfectly. The hibiscus tea was not sweetened and was delicious. I am not allowed to give a five star rating because it is not 100% vegan. ⭐️ Here is my fifth star!

Lots of vegan options, all things we tried were awesome. Was bummed they couldn’t make all of the plant based ones a part of the arepitas app but the jackfruit & black bean ones were great!

Delicious, I love arepas and I love how many vegan options there are here. We went here multiple times on our trip to Maui, the arepa was definitely my favorite. The yucca fries were also good. I don't like mushrooms, but still ate the empanada because it looked so good (and was). The cheese in everything was melty. The staff was great, very knowledgeable about what sauces and menu items were vegan friendly. Great place!

We got two different arepas, yuca fries, and fried plantains. All of it was delicious and a great alternative to the standard burger found at most other restaurants that had vegan options.

It doesn’t allow five stars since it’s not a fully vegan restaurant, but the vegan options are plentiful. I had the Jack fruit Hawaiiana arepa and it was delicious!

The jackfruit arepa was delicious. I don't know what the sauce was that went with it, but I could drink it. Probably the best yuca fries I've ever had. The perfect crispy exterior and creamy interior. I wish I had more meals to spend here.

First off, the inside of the store is very cute. I ordered the Pabellon Arepa and Yuca Fries. The yuca fries were awesome and the staff recognized I was vegan and came out with a separate sauce for them. The arepa was very good, the only thing was that it was pretty messy...just a head-up 😉. Will definitely be going back to try other things, especially the conserva de coco!

So good! Cachapas are on point. The Pabellon is fantastic. Do yourself a solid favor and get the Cocada- a frozen coconut based drink. AMAZING. The owner is so nice. Good people offering good food. If you are in Maui- GO HERE!

EVERY.Single.plant.based.item is delicious! Make sure you eat here early in your trip, because you will want to go back again and again! The Hongos are delicious. Don’t miss the Yuca fries and ask for the hot sauce.

We got carry out from Miss Arepa a couple of times during our stay on Maui. There are quite a few vegan options. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. We tried Hongos Arepa (mushooms), Cachapas, Yuca Fries, Arepitas Fritas, Mushroom Empanadas and the Pabellon Bowl. Everything was wonderful. Needless to say, we didn't expect to have a chance to eat vegan Venezuelan food on Maui but were sure glad we did!
