My grandfather actually informed me of this place, and I'm ever so grateful to fit for it!
There's a bounty of clearly-labelled vegan options (both with a vegan label and a green font), and all the soy meats, tortillas (yep, soy tortillas!) and milks are made in-house from quality ingredients. The soy horchata is lovely, as are the pastor-style veggie mini tacos and guaillo veggie enchiladas.
I will most certainly be coming back for more!

Great local Mexican food - Edit
The owner is always trying new recipes and adjusting the menu. Clearly labels vegetarian and vegan items. Delicious soy Pina mini street tacos. Just make sure to make it clear you're vegan. Great prices too!
