Employee said Moldy food! - Edit
100% Vegan place... donuts, cookies, cakes, breakfast sandwiches, junk food etc. Very delicious and yummy! The staff members that the owner hires are very friendly! Only buy what you will eat that day. The baked good such as donuts and fritters don't taste well after a few hours. Highly recommended if you live or visit Rochester.

Misfit is closed the owner is doing Custom orders! However I can no longer recommend them. Employees have complained about mistreatment from the owner, it is not 100% Vegan, and the employees said they sold moldy food. So I no longer recommend this place!

Lots of goodies to choose from. We had the peach pie which was delicious and made from grandma’s recipe. The mother in law had a pineapple mango fritter that was HUGE! Definitely worth a second visit.

Read moreWe got there at around 1:30 pm on a Saturday and most of the donuts were sold out. Just fyi! Apparently you can call in advance and reserve donuts, so i def recommend that. We got the chai donut and the frosting was bursting with flavor! So good.
The donut dough itself was fine, we weren't that blown away tbh, but maybe if you get them in the morning when they are fresh, that's when they really shine. We'd definitely try them again, but first impression was not ground breaking in terms of donuts. We have had a lot of vegan donuts on our travels though, so our standards are pretty high 😬🙈🙊
Now the sandwiches tho...that's another story! Incredible. We got the reuben and the Cuban, and both were A . Perfect!! The pasta salad side was on point too. Will definitely be back for those without a doubt!!

I absolutely love Misfits, they have an amazing selection of fun and unique donuts and other yummy bakery items. Everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious. I especially enjoy their breakfast sandwich, cookie monster and everything bagel donuts. It seems like they are always coming up with something exciting and creative to add to their menu, and the execution is on point. They also have an amazing staff that clearly cares about their products, and customers. I highly recommend you give their donuts and other goodies a try. They have both sweet and savory options so I guarantee they will have something for everyone, as well as something unique you've never tried before! Make sure to get in early, since they are very popular and tend to sell out before the end of the day! It's always a fun and delicious experience that keeps you coming back for the staples as well as their next fun new creation.

These were the best donuts I've had, even compared to non vegan donuts! The staff was super friendly and it is well priced. The only negatives are they sell out quickly and there is little seating.

Sometimes a doughnut is good simply because of all the toppings and glazes. Not so with this bakery. The sugar or plain doughnut was excellent as were all the other flavor we tried. There were so many choices—easily 10 on the day we were there.

We also tried a cookie and coffee that were good, but frankly the doughnuts were the stars. We also observed a tofu breakfast entree.
Ordering at the counter, followed by eat in dining is an option, but there are no bathrooms available for paying customers.

I can't say enough nice things about misfit. The staff are wonderful, the donuts are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, and so are their other treats and goodies! The only downside is how early they sell out, but that just goes to show how good their donuts are! You can check their social media in the morning to see what donuts and pastries they have; it rotates every day

We go every time we're in Rochester. My very thin husband can somehow eat 2 or more of these donuts at a sitting even though he doesn't eat much otherwise. He just is thrilled to have a vegan donut place. The owner has a constantly rotating menu of innovative donuts.

Read moreFortunately, Misfit is here to save us. Interesting and amazing combinations of flavors. She starts with a pretty good sized donut and cuts it open (like a bagel) and puts in a filling and then puts great toppings on top. The menu changes all the time, but the Almond Joy is great.
Glad to see that business is thriving. She often has to close early if she runs out of Donuts.!

Finally a vegan donut shop in Rochester. The donuts are great, crispy and a bit chewy. My favorite was a plain cinnamon and sugar but they have some pretty interesting flavors to choose from. I can't wait for them to start making other vegan baked goods.

I must buy two or more desserts to compare. I got a cinnamon roll and white chocolate wasabi Both are to die for. I was lucky I arrived there at 10:30am and waited in the car. I noticed the owner opened the door at 10:50. I took the opportunity to go in and a few min later there was already a long line behind me!! Most of them made an order to go.

Been to Misfit Donuts several times since it opened and am always amazed by the new delicious creations The owner Jenny has made. Everything In the shop is 100% Vegan and cruelty free which is important to me, but even if I wasn't Vegan I would be eating here. I simply have never tasted Donuts so good In my life and knowing I'm supporting a local business run by a kind compassionate person makes me incredibly happy. Different flavors each day like Twix, mounds, zinger, Mexican hot chocolate, Concord grape, and cookie dough. If you can dream it then she has already thought of it and it will be on the menu soon. "Treats" is such a humble word to describe the Amusement Park for your tastebuds that is Misfits Donuts. Go Check out it out and I'm sure you'll agree with me. It's an experience you deserve.
