Apulian local food - Edit
Pretty good choice if you are in town, eapecially if you are with omnivores. The menu is fully labelled with the allergens so as a vegan you can easily figure out what you can eat. After all there are not so many options but as a local I would still go as the quality of the food is very good, as in the area is not as easy as in other parts of Puglia to find vegan food
