Best eggplant curry I’ve ever had

I order a vegan vege bowl. It came with chickpea and eggplant curries, rice, lettuce, and tomato salsa. The eggplant curry was highlight and I’d come back just for that.

Owner informed us that he stopped cooking with dairy to meet the needs of his customers, so all the veggie dishes are vegan-friendly.

Pros: Excellent food
