Serves meat, vegan options available. Mint Kitchen is a small restaurant located between Taco Shack and Big Yellow House, opposite of Yoko Tattoo and P'un House. Has a wide menu which includes a lot of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Almost all dishes come as a vegetarian or vegan option. Staff speak some English. Open Mon-Sun 9:00am-10:00pm.

Delicious and affordable food, but unlimited mosquitos - Edit
The vegetarian options were flavorful but nothing outstanding. Annoying were the endless numbers of mosquitos around the tables.

Read moreI took the red curry and it was good (a little too spicy for me personally but still enjoyable). I also found a piece of egg in my red curry.
We also had a pineapple fried rice with tofu and it was okay. The portions were okay but a bit small.
Pros: Good prices
Cons: Underwhelming

Though this place is a bit out the way, it’s worth the little detour! Lots of Thai dishes that can be easily made vegan. Owner clearly understands no fish sauce and no egg. Plus tofu and veggies are available to have with most dishes! Menu is very extensive.
Read moreI had the green curry, Penang curry and spring rolls whilst in Koh Tao. All very tasty, and good portion sizes.
Another plus is that it’s nice and cheap! A discount is also included here if you dive with Roctopus!
As of 22/07/19: The restaurant is not where it is specified on Happy Cow. It is located next to Taco Shack Hostel & Restaurant (further up the road), on your right hand side, if walking away from Sairee Beach.
