There are 4 vegan main dishes, I took the quiche which was great, quite filling. For dessert I had the crème brûlée, but looking at my neighbour's dessert, I wish I'd chosen the cheesecake.

A local advised us to eat here (and book a table before you go). Little restaurant with 5 / 6 tables. Lovely setting, everything was so fresh and tasteful! The two owners are very kind!

Ampia scelta di piatti vegani, curati, freschi e genuini. Ogni piatto é preparato fresco dallo chef, locale con pochi tavoli (riservazione obbligatoria) così da poter curare ogni dettaglio. Ho mangiato una tortina di cipolle rosse PAZZESCA, e il tofu strapazzato più buono che abbia mai mangiato 🙏🏻😍

Beautiful place & delicious vegan meal - Edit
There were 4 vegan entries when I visited (see picture). I had the couscous di legumi antichi. It was so nice to finally have a vegan meal in this region that was not pasta with turnip greens. There were 2 vegan dessert options. I went for the creme brulee because I haven't had it since going vegan and it was lovely. The restaurant itself is absolutely charming. I wish I could come here a few more times before this trip ends.

We were recommended to try Mint by our hotel manager. It was a great choice. Mostly vegetarian, there were three vegan main course options and two desserts. All made with local ingredients and presented beautifully. Service was friendly and attentive. There were very few restaurants in Polignano a Mare that even tried to cater for vegans so we really appreciated and enjoyed Mint

Verdient sind fünf Sterne, was aber nie bei vollständig veganer oder vegetarischer Kost vergeben werden darf. In diesem Restaurant werden auch Fischgerichte angeboten. Es ist sehr gemütlich, das Essen irre gut, fantasievoll, abwechslungsreich super schmackhaft - ich hätte am liebsten alles probiert. Unbedingt vorher reservieren, da es nur wenige Plätze in dem gemütlichen Gewölbekeller gibt.

Hands down best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Their vegan options are exquisite, the owners are adorable, and the vibes are immaculate. You can tell much thought has been put into every detail of the dining experience. Prices are around the 20€ range, BUT, coming as a budget traveller, I splurged and you’ll see why merely by peeking in the resto: you won’t regret it. Thank you!!

... in a town where you might not expect it. We have tried the range of vegan meals (3 out if 10 were vegan) and were positive about our choices . They have nice desserts too. If you are looking for a cozy place with some decent (not specifically Italian) food in Puglia, give it a try.

Absolutely loved this place and one of the very few places in Polignano a mare with vegan main dishes. Service was great and the food was delicious. The vegan ricotta ice cream for dessert was amazing.

Ristorante molto piccolo (ho contato 6 tavoli!), ma veramente curato nei minimi particolari ed estremamente accogliente. Esistono 3 opzioni vegane: quiche di cipolle, tagliatelle di zucchine e tofu strapazzato. Ho scelto quest’ultima che ha pienamente soddisfatto il mio palato. Come piccolo antipasto portano a tutti i commensali una vellutata di barbabietola anche questa veramente squisita. Si può concludere la cena con una buonissima creme brûlé vegana. I proprietari Liu e Fabrizio (è anche il cuoco e pasticcere!) ti coccolano dall’inizio alla fine, ci sanno veramente fare! Bellissima esperienza, da ripetere. Mi raccomando, serve sempre la prenotazione che si può fare anche tramite whatsapp.

I ate here one time, in summer of 2015. It is an inviting place, warm and welcoming.
Read moreBack then it was rather hard then to find vegan restaurants in that area and this place was a good choice, because they have vegan options in the menu.
The desert was raw-vegan and a bit of a "work of art" :)
In the end, the chef came to salute us and thank us for choosing that restaurant.
