Amazing Thai restaurant! - Edit
My spouse and I love Mint Thai. Their regular Thai tea boba can be made vegan with coconut milk. I’ve tried their crispy tofu salad and their panang curry with tofu, both of which were amazing! The owner is fantastic and even shared some cooking tips with us. She knows what vegan means and how to accommodate it. It’s a relief that I can just order something and ask for it to be vegan and have them know what that means, lol. Also she gave us a free (vegan, taro custard) dessert when we first went, which was cool! It is worth the drive for us. We will be back for sure.

Nice place in punta gorda inside a shopping center. Lots of parking and easy access. Big restaurant with lots of tables. Server was very friendly and food was delicious and filling. We had the spring rolls with peanut sauce and the fried tofu as well as two of the veggie thai plates. Everything was delicious.

Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, well organized and clean. The hosts are exceptionally attentive and welcoming. Lots to choose from on the menu, most of which can be veganized. The Indian Curry was the first dish I’ve tried and it was delicious! Highly recommend Mint and will be back!

Stopped for dinner due to past reviews. Great service and friendly staff. Food was amazing! Made fresh to order so they will cook dishes to your preference. Very accommodating for vegan guests. My husband had fried tofu and I had vegetable soup for appetizer. For dinner we both had cashew nuts with vegetables and rice. AMAZING!! Will definitely visit again.

Great vegan lunch! - Edit
Mint warmly welcomed us, and started by telling us how everything is made from scratch. She said she will tailor her menu to any type of diet, and she said vegan was no problem. Excellent food and service, will most definitely be back. We had the cashew entree and ginger entree, cashew was both of our preference but loved both! Would give 5 stars but not allowed because it's not a fully vegan restaurant.
