I bought a takeaway vegan burger and a soy latte here yesterday. The coffee was excellent. One of the best I've had in ages! The burger was really strange... but it was satisfying. The bun seemed to be a kind of herbed pancake, with a burger and salad inside. The burger was a tasty chickpea patty. The service was lovely. Their menu had vegan options clearly marked. It's easy to find and has nice decor.

Visited in November 2019 and there were no vegan pastries and not even a plant based milk. When I asked, they said they sometimes have almond milk but were out and didn't know when they'd have it back in. The guy seemed annoyed that I was asking and not apologetic at all. At a normal place I wouldn't think it's a big deal, but for a self proclaimed vegetarian place and a specialty coffee shop I think it's pretty run of the mill these days to have at least one plant based milk on hand.

They have soy milk to put in your coffee. I had an iced latte with soy milk which was good. I asked for vegan dessert and the waiter offered cupcakes. These weren't really cupcakes, just cakes (I uploaded a picture) but they were rather good. We paid 20 km for a lemonade, coffee and the 2 cakes.

Visited a few times when I was in Sarajevo, and tried the lemonade and a coffee - both were great. Unfortunately they didn't have any of the vegan cookies when I visited, but it's still a nice spot to chill out in.

Great atmosphere with board games and cards. Mainly does cake and coffee, we had super yummy vegan cheesecakes and Bosnian coffee and played chess for a few hours. The owner is Bosnian/Australian and is a super nice guy too!

Lovely place, nice vegan hot drinks! - Edit
There are some traditional drinks, including Bosnian coffee, Karek (chai latte), and Salep (orchid root tea). I highly recommend the Salep! It's so good! The Bosnian coffee comes on a small platter with sugar cubes, Turkish delight, and rose water.

Make sure you ask for the Karek and Salep with almond milk, because they're not vegan straight off the menu. They also have vegan cookies! No dinner/lunch food, though.
There is Wifi and there are outlets for charging your things.
