Phnom Penh's first rescue cat cafe. Entirely vegetarian all day brunch menu with many vegan options. All smoothies are vegan. Eat and drink with adoptable cats and kittens rescued from the streets of Cambodia. All cats have been rescued and rehabilitated through the cafe's partner Animal Rescue Cambodia, and are fully vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, tested for FIV/LeV, spayed/neutered and are up for adoption. Open Tue-Sun 9:00am-6:30pm. Closed Mon. Last food order 7pm.

Awesome cat cafe with rescued cats. Menu is pretty vegan friendly, but expensive for what you get. (Fully appreciate there are cat costs involved, but $3.50 for a small plate of chips 😳). Passion fruit iced tea was water with passion fruit pips. But the staff are lovely and doing fantastic work!

Good food and it's a novelty to eat or drink among cats. They are very friendly and cute cats who may play with you whilst you eat. About 30% of the food is labelled vegan and the rest is vegetarian.

Read moreI've taken my young daughter here a few times and she's always had a great time. Friendly cats roam freely around the restaurant. Vegan food was always tasty. Some of the drinks were unique and unforgettable. Not cheap, but worth the money. Owners are friendly.

Ministry of Cat is one of my favourite spots to do some work or meet friends. Staff are welcoming and friendly and the food is tasty, with a lot of vegan options. The coffee is also excellent. The cats are happy and well cared for (they cooperate with the local org Animal Rescue Cambodia); they also sell accessories for cats if you have one at home.

This is a nice restaurant with loads of rescue cats that brighten your day if you like them. They have some Spanish-inspired vegan dishes that are tasty (i.e. patatas bravas) and they sell their own delicious vegan aioli. The coffee I was served was not good, though, It was lukewarm and the milk was very heave in the stomach.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere. You can enjoy breakfast surrounded by cute cats. We had a nice breakfast burrito (vegan option), Kombucha and a smoothie. It was all very delicious. We had a good time here and loved to play and cuddle with the beautiful cats.

The place is very cute, well decorated, with a really chill vibe and nice relaxing music playing on the background (I almost fell asleep petting one of the cats).

I really liked the fact that they have actual hand towels to clean your hands after washing them.
I had the vegan pancakes, they were very good, but I thought the portion was small for the price (5$ for 3 thin pancakes and 5 or 6 slices of banana). Also had a smoothie (the crookshanks) which was very tasty.
They seem to have a lunch deal, which has 3 different options you can choose from (at least one is vegan) a drink for 5$, would probably be a better option.
You can find the full menu on their website, which is a big bonus

Brunch menu, smoothies and coffee. Got a delicious breakfast burrito, the pancakes and other options looked delicious as well. Amazingly cozy place and most of the options are vegan or can be made vegan.
