Decent and comparatively affordable - Edit
Bánh mì was tasty, there were several vegan options, and it was cheap compared to most places in Ninh Bình (although I feel that I should point out that prices in the area are very inflated due to its popularity with foreign tourists). Definitely worth a visit if you want something quick or are on a budget.

Cons: A bit basic, Overprice compared to Vietnam in general

A good Banh Mi for £1 - Edit
Stopped in for a Banh Mi. Got the Tofu, Peanut Butter, and veg one. It's pretty good. The PB is a tad overwhelming but an extra dab of chilli or soy sauce evened it out. Would recommend for just 25/30k

Worth 5 - Edit
Fabulous food and service. I'd highly recommend the mushroom tofu banh mi and I think the tofu and veg fresh summer rolls are the best I've tasted. Friendly, efficient service - staff are at pains to ensure you are in front of a fan. Generous portions and excellent value for money.

Ate here everyday! - Edit
Well priced restaurant on the main road, banh mi from 15000-25000 VND! Vegetarian banh mi can easily be made vegan by saying no mayonnaise/butter. They also have vegetarian pho which also uses vegan friendly broth! The family that run the place is so lovely, welcoming and the younger ones speak English well to check food items.

5 stars!! Despite not being a vegan restaurant - Edit
Not a fully vegan restaurant (thus wasn't able to score 5 stars) but deserving of 5 nonetheless! Lots of vegan dishes (and accommodating and understand well if you want to veganise things like the smoothies). Been here 3 times in two days and loved everything. Highly recommend the mango smoothie, oatmeal, tofu in tomato sauce and banh mi.

Take the ‘tofu mushroom veggie’ or the ‘tofu peanutbutter veggie’ bahn mi! - Edit
Super delicious vegan bahn mi’s! My friend and I ate here 3 times. Sweet older staff. Best bahn mi we had in Ninh Binh.

Peanut butter bahn mi - Edit
We went here as Bahn Mi Hanoi was closed and were pleasantly surprised. Offers veggie and vegan options and staff are lovely. We went back the next day to Bahn Mi Hanoi to try their infamous peanut butter tofu bahn mi and would say Mihn Khoi is a close second but not much in it! Would definitely eat here again as was delicious and very cheap.
