I had the “vegan Hanoi pho” which was really flavoursome and a large, filling portion for 79k dong. Delicious! My bf was after the burger but it wasn’t available, so he ended up with a vegetables & pate dish. Which was good for what it was, but probably not the best choice from the menu (he panic ordered haha).

Vegan Heaven in Hanoi... This is our first time enjoying Minh Chay but it won't be our last! I had the 'beef' pho and it was perfect. I can't stress that enough. Packed with flavour and fresh ingredients, the mock sausage and beef were delicious. Very filling too. My partner had the tomato spaghetti and a portion of the fried spring rolls and both were excellent. I was so jealous of the spring rolls, she only gave me one!
Read moreThis is top class vegan food, of the highest quality, served by great staff in lovely surroundings. It's slightly more expensive than other places nearby but more than worth the extra for the increase in quality, flavour and satisfaction.
Highly recommended.

Lovely little restaurant with fully plant based menu. We tried the vegan beef pho and the vege noodle soup, banh mi, durian ice cream and flan. Delicious, authentic food. Lovely service. A little more pricey than most other places in Vietnam but worth it as it felt high end for us. Recommend!

If you are looking for the vegan versions of delicious foods native to Vietnam and Hanoi, this is your place! So many options to choose from and many of them we had seen walking around town that we wanted to try but couldn’t because they weren’t vegan. We are literally coming back in a few hours for dinner because we want to try everything. 10/10 recommended!

My friends and I had a lovely experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was great and has vegan desserts! It was nice to try traditional Vietnamese food which you can’t normally find. I would recommend coming here if you’d like to have a nice fancy vegan dinner.

Wow! This place is amazing. I love the ambiance, simple, cosy and classy! Staff are really friendly and I am really glad to have met the owner. He was really warm and friendly. The food were amazing too! I ordered pumpkin soup, best seller noodles (forgot the name), fried spring rolls, a dessert (looks and tastes like leche flan) and carrot and orange juice! Felt like I was in heaven. Everything is just amazing! Will defo be back before I leave Vietnam👌🙏
