Good chinese food and helpful staff!

The staff when we where there could not speak so much english but they clearly knew when we asked for vegan. It was not labeled in menu but got it pointed out and also could change to make it vegan. We got mapo tofu (senza carne) and aubergine. Low price for big nice portions!

Pros: Helpful staff, Good chinese food, Low price for quite big portions

Cons: No english speaking staff for us but knew vegan, No clearly labeled vegan food in menu

Brilliance in Bolzano

Opens from 5:30 from what I saw.
Owner speaks no English but knows the meaning of vegan. (Siamo vegani)
We ordered:
- fried rice (senza uovo)
- Fried noodles (senza uovo)
- melanzane (vegan default)
- tofu picante (senza carne)
No pics, we were too hungry

Do not miss out

Pros: All meals were 10/10, Cheap, Quick fire service

Delicious Chinese gem in central Bolzano

There are a number of vegan dishes already on the menu, and a few more can be made vegan. The quality and flavours are excellent, the staff are super sweet and helpful, and the interior design is a bit old school but very cute.

Inexpensive and delicious – we left extremely full and happy😄Definitely coming back! #Veganuary

Pros: Simple yet very tasty dishes , super friendly team, pretty cheap for Bolzano
