We have been driving from Boston to go to Minerva for years: it's that good.
You really can tell they use quality ingredients and fresh spices.
Every dish is so flavorful. The okra dish has so much flavor it tastes like they slow cook it for hours.
The buffet food is just as phenomenal. I've been to other fully veg buffets in the area and they taste so cheap and flavorless it's not worth your money or time. But Minerva's buffet, though not fully veg, has a veg section and allergens are clearly labeled. The dishes here are very original, some you won't see anywhere else. Not just your average Chana masala dishes here.
