Family owned ice-cream parlour and coffee shop which has operated in the town since the 1940s. Introduced an extensive vegan menu in June 2019. Uses it’s own house-made oat milk Madagascan vanilla ice-cream. Items include ice-cream cones and wafers, vegan 99’s with vegan milk chocolate flake, vegan sundaes, vegan ice-cream floats and oat milk milkshakes. Large variety of toppings and sauces also vegan. Open Mon-Sun 09:00-18:00.

Perfect ice cream - Edit
Simple vanilla ice-cream which tastes amazing. Red sauce or a flake (when available) but you don’t need it- just tastes good

Great to try the 99 option but the flake wasn't nice. The ice cream itself was lovely and great to have a variety of nutty toppings. Nice cornet too. The oat icecream dripped much less than the minchellas dairy version so it's good for non vegans too!

Over the last 18 months or so they’ve developed some amazing vegan ice cream, including sundaes. The vanilla is delicious but the peach is amazing!

Located right next to the beach this branch is perfect for a day out with family or friends. The introduction of a vegan menu is fantastic and it was great to be able to order a vegan 99 for the first time as a vegan. The ice cream was lovely and the accompanying flake excellent. We got our 99's with pistachios and hazelnuts too. Definitely worth visiting.
