Die vegane Auswahl ist ziemlich gut. Es war mega lecker, auch wenn ich schon bessere Ramen gegessen hab. Dafür mega Service und richtig schön gemacht!

In der Min Ramen Bar bekamen wir eine durchschnittliche Ramensuppe, der es leider etwas zu sehr an Gemüse fehlte.
Read moreDa es keine glutenfreien Optionen gab, war es mir erlaubt meine eigenen Ramennudeln mitzubringen, die man für mich zubereitete.
Das Ambiente und der Service waren dafür unschlagbar und werteten den Abend ungemein auf.

War innerhalb von 2 Wochen 2 Mal da und ich geh eigentlich sonst eher selten essen. Der Spicy Ramen ist mega lecker. Auf Extrawünsche wird eingegangen. Die Tofuportionen sind gross, der Tofu ist generell lecker. Die selbstgemachte Yuzu- Lemongrass Limo ist auch super.

Authentic and delicious food - Edit
Min Ramen Bar is really nice and cozy and the people are super friendly and helpful. They have three different vegan Ramen and some of the starters are vegan as well but not labeled. The Ramen are just as I remember them from my trip to Japan and even my friend, who was eating meat that night, was jealous cause it was better than hers.
Read moreI wish the vegan starters are better labeled though. Our sweet potato pies, which we were told are 100% came with mayonnaise, which could be misleading.
