Limited but tasty vegan options - Edit
This restaurant is located at Cooinda Lodge and has a couple of vegan options if you don't feel like cooking. I had the grilled eggplant and shared the potato salad and it made for a great birthday dinner. The flavours were fresh and delicious. Being at a resort it is on the more expensive side, and there isn't a lot of variety for vegans. However, if staying in kakadu this is a solid choice for a meal.
