Tienen buenas opciones veganas y vegetarianas, de las cuales comimos la tostada con aguacate y la tostada mediterránea (lleva hummus de remolacha, pimientos asados y tomates cherry) y nos gustó mucho.
Tienen opciones para comer, pero no llegamos a probarlas.
El personal fue amable.

Cute place in handy location - Edit
We stopped by here after arriving by train into Edinburgh and it was exactly what we needed. Cosy spot with friendly staff and a handful of vegan options. We had coffee, peppermint tea, an oreo brownie, and avocado toast, all of which was tasty and served promptly. Will keep this in mind for future trips to Edinburgh, especially given the handy location right by Waverley Station.

Handy location for the train station - Edit
Mimi's have a wee bakery now in the City Art Centre, and like their other locations they have a decent vegan offering including cake and savoury options. Just across the road from Waverley Station, it's a great place to meet if you need to catch a train.
