drinks are delicious, and they have had vegan snacks every time we’ve visited (vegan ube cookie, red bean onigiri, teriyaki chickpea onigiri, almond chia pudding). staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

• One clearly marked house-made vegan cookie. Flavor varies depending on the season.
Read more• Often have other small vegan snacks like a basic chia pudding and protein bars for sale.
• The default milk in their drinks is vegan (yay!) and changes based on the flavor profile of the drink Of course you can always ask for a different milk.
• Has a core drink menu which consists of matcha blended with other teas or herbs plus a rotating seasonal menu (ex. strawberry matcha for summer, chai matcha for fall, cocoa mint matcha for winter, sakura rose matcha for spring). Summer and spring flavors are personally my favorite!

***the soft serve is NOT vegan, just non dairy*** we went here specifically for the soft serve and when I asked the employee for confirmation that the soft serve is vegan, he said it is non dairy but it does contain a milk protein (maybe whey? I'm not sure what it could be that does not contain dairy, but I obviously took the employee at their word since he said it contained a cow milk ingredient). I was super disappointed by that because we went for the ice cream, but I am glad I asked. We ended up getting iced matcha with soy milk, and it was good. There were some decent vegan options such as packaged snacks and plant milks for the matcha.

Heaven for matcha lovers - Edit
Almost all their menu items are vegan. The soft serve is TO DIE FOR. It is almond and oat based and they have both a vanilla and matcha variety. They also sell a bunch of small treats like chocolate bars, granola bars, and candies that are all vegan. And of course, their matcha is amazing.

You may surprises that a matcha tea bar would have vegan ice cream but they do! They have a soft serve machine with vegan matcha and and vanilla ice cream
