We went here for a Mikkeller beer, My partner had never tried Mikkeller beer before!
Read moreI was pleasantly surprised by all the unique vegan options. Apparently the chef really got into vegan cooking during the covid lockdowns. Have to try all the Vegan offerings! and Amazing beers on tap! Has patio out front and also beside the nearby canal.

Small, excellent beer bar with friendly staff, and a very vegan friendly menu. The vegan mains are clearly labelled. You have to ask which of the croquettes are vegan.

The Berenhapje are a must try, €3.50 each and two is basically a cheap starter! - Edit
Lots of vegan options with thought out into them. Their seitan is so good snd there’s some variety in the options.

The croquettes were very good and came with vegan horseradish sauce. Really enjoyed the vegan version of the Dutch appetizer berenhapje. The pulled seitan was too saucy and fell apart although the seitan itself was good. Overall fine option.

Very nice beer bar with several vegan options - Edit
We love coming here for the great draft beers. Please try the Bock single beer and the hazey pale ale! They also have some nice bar food items, a.o.: seaweed burger, vegan hotdog and beetroot and vegan 'bitterballen'. The cafe is quite small, but has several seatings outside and is very cosy. The staff is also very nice. I recommend going here for great specialty beers and some barfood!

Good sandwich and amazing beers - Edit
The bar is the best option near the Melkweg concert house. They have many beers on tap, and some Mexican vegan fast-food to pair with. I highly recommend it, specially because around there, all the other bars have more expensive and less interesting beers.
