A good place for chips and drinks, but not a meal - Edit
So first off, there is nothing on the menu that is vegan. There are a few MV (can be made vegan) items, which essentially have the cheese removed. The refried beans are vegan sans cheese, but white rice is substituted for Spanish rice.
Read moreThe chips and salsa are very good, though, as is the queso, per my non-vegan friends. I'm not even sure the chips are vegan, though. I forgot to ask.
I ordered the Black Bean & Corn Enchiladas made vegan. No cheese and no Spanish rice. The entree was terrible. The ingredients were basically rolled in a tortilla and the tortilla was placed on the plate with the opening facing down. No sauce, no grilling, no taste. The beans were pretty bland as well. One of my non-vegan friends ordered the fish tacos and he said the fish was super dry.
We agreed that this is a place to go for the chips, salsa and queso, and drinks. Go elsewhere if you want a good meal.
Pros: Chips and salsa are good!
Cons: No vegan entrees, Flavorless food

I gave it a shot after reading this review and I would say it’s pretty good. I didn’t expect it to be but the veggie enchiladas were yummy. I put some salsa on the white rice and frankly it was delish. My wife had the chicken mole tacos (not vegan) and she loved them. The margaritas were strong too. I’d go back.

Limited options but knowledgeable staff - Edit
I went with a family group and had tortilla chips, guacamole and mushroom fajitas. The dishes were excellent and way more than I was able to eat. Friendly staff and great beans.

Mexican restaurant with vegan options - Edit
We had to inform our server that we wanted our food prepared vegan and therefore no spanish rice, refried pinto beans, or cheese on our enchiladas. Instead they came with refried black beans and white rice. It was still good though!
