Clean, open, great food options, had a great Ruben and Philly sandwich and Caesar salad, timely service, friendly staff :). Some nice grocery options too if you are shopping.

GREAT!! - Edit
We just got home from our first visit to the Midtown Vegan Deli and Market. This will definitely not be our only visit. My wife and I both got the Reuben. I got a side of Pasta Salad and my wife got a side of Macaroni Salad. For dessert we split a Chocolate Pecan Muffin. Everything was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go again to try something different, if I’m not tempted to just get the Reuben again.
