Very flavorful dishes with very generous portions at reasonable prices. The deli is clean and spacious and the staff is pleasant. My only issue is that they are so far from my current home.

I tried the French dip and macaroni salad. They were both really good. The French dip did not have a lot of flavor but the au jus did. It was a little too sloppy to dip in the little cup so it would have been better if the sandwich had the same flavor. In the end I just poured a little sauce on each bite so it was good.

We were helped promptly by smiling, polite employees. Ordered a breakfast burrito and a Reuben. Both were amazing! Reuben was toasted to perfection and had really great sauerkraut. The breakfast burrito was the “best I have ever had, hands down” according to my husband. And it’s available all day!

The only thing missing is a patio!

I had the Medi salad in a wrap. It was very good - very fresh. If I was only rating what I ate I would give it 4 stars. I was a little disappointed to find that most menu items feature processed non-meats. I prefer whole, unprocessed plant-based foods, but it’s a deli-style eatery, so maybe not for me.

I love that they have some unique vegan items you can’t get anywhere else like gourmet vegan cheese from Asheville, vegan honey and Greenheart bakery’s delicious treats! The food is really tasty with some healthy options and some comfort food so there’s something for everyone. The staff is super friendly and it’s just really fun going there.

Our new favorite place in Tucson - Edit
We had the loaded Philly Fries and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Both were very good. It is a big bright and open restaurant. The service was excellent and efficient. We met the owner and had a nice conversation. She has opened this market/restaurant to help save the planet. There is a noticeable lack of single use plastic. There are washable glasses, washable silverware and cloth napkins. This place really does care about the environment.

Just tried this spot out for the first time and I left IN LOVE! The dishes were exactly what I neeeed! So many options! All vegan! A lot more spacious inside than I expected! Will definitely be coming back! Perfect for a quick bite to eat! I left satisfied with the portions and the flavors were extremely fresh! I also loved that they had Hot Desert hot sauce (local sauce featured on hot ones) available as a condiment and inside to buy! MUST VISIT! Great option for Tucson! I needed a little salt for my Philly so maybe a little more spice to the flavors for the sauces/meat! Other than that, I’ll definitely be coming back! The chicken sandwich was my FAV! Juicy and had a great amount of sauce! I also liked the bread used for the Philly! Soft and filling! Friendly staff, also!

Best Birthday Brunch Ever! - Edit
My hubs and I are in total love with this new piece of Tucson heaven. Just open 3 weeks when we visited (3/30/22) we had the most scrumptious meal ~ breakfast burrito for me, and I think its called back to mac Beyond burger for him ~ so yum. Not to mention the oilfree, gf donuts?!?!? We will return here forever!

We just got home from our first visit to the Midtown Vegan Deli and Market. This will definitely not be our only visit. My wife and I both got the Reuben. I got a side of Pasta Salad and my wife got a side of Macaroni Salad. For dessert we split a Chocolate Pecan Muffin. Everything was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go again to try something different, if I’m not tempted to just get the Reuben again.
