They had several vegan and vegetarian items on the menu. Clearly marked with symbols as well.

Sehr nettes Restaurant mit einer veganen Suppen-, Burger- und Pasta-Option. Ich hatte die Tagliatelle mit einem Tomatenpesto und es war sehr gut! Das Restaurant selbst schaut auch sehr nett und gemütlich aus. Die Kellnerin war freundlich und hat mich bzgl. der veganen Optionen beraten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Midborg basecamp is a great restaurant with decent dishes. The staff is incredible, we ate there during our elopement vacation in Iceland and they treated us super nice. Special shoutout to Gina, she is a true people’s person. She surprised us with complimentary vegan brownies which made us feel special. Can only recommend.

I stayed in this hostel (which was fantastic), so had one breakfast and two dinners there. The breakfast buffet had tons of vegan options including local bread and peanut butter or jam, oatmeal with tons of toppings and cereal. They had almond and oat milk. The dinner menu had a spaghetti with pesto that could be made vegan and a really yummy vegan burger.

While most of the menu is meat or seafood, there is at least one vegan option for each course. The vegan celeriac soup starter was flavorful and a delight of textures with crispy seaweed floating on the surface of the soup. The vegan burger also had a good balance of savory flavors with a hint of sweetness. And who doesn't love a crispy potato!?

Für jemanden der sich nicht auf Pommes beschränken möchte durchaus gut. Der Vegane Burger ist durchschnittlich gut (ergo nicht schlecht). Die potatoes dazu fand ich fast schon besser.
