We ordered the vegetable ramen, sub the noodles for the vegan spinach noddles because their default noodles contain egg. None of the toppings tasted very fresh. The broth was pretty bland and tasted prominently of soy milk (very sweet). The tofu was basically cubed tofu skin which I’m not a fan of. They don’t make that clear since the menu just says “fried tofu”. I won’t be returning here.

Their ramen is super fresh and filling. I got the Michi Vegetable Ramen with the regular base. Make sure you specify “no egg” as a topping!

Incredible! The food here is so delicious, I often crave it. It is a happy place for me because the staff is so kind and helpful. If the staff being amazing wasn't enough the meal you order is beautifully crafted and satisfying. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!
