You can pick from two vegan broths, miso or shoyu, and they have a veggie bowl that’s vegan as is, or build your own bowl. It’s in an Asian market with plenty of seating, and there were only a couple of other people on a weekday at noon. Super nice workers, love s of fun vegan products in the market too, so give yourself time to browse!

I always get the miso veggie broth in the build your own bowl, add spicy garlic oil, and whatever vegetables I’m feeling that day. It’s SO good this is criminally underrated.
