brown bag lunch to eat by the water

lunch was served in a brown bag, as promisedđŸ˜„there were a lot of veggie options that could be made vegan, and one all vegan option, which is what i got. a sub style bread with homemade hummus, mixed green, cucumber, tomato, bean sprouts, and sweet pickled onion, pretty standard but well done! hit the spot for a light lunch. the homemadw chips were good too, a bit on the darker side but well salted and crispy!
ate by the water, an added treat :)
