Flexible with Vegan - Edit

I Love going to Michaels Bistro and have ordered a few things that I have Made Vegan. The Vegetarian Sandwich I order without Mayo or Cheese. Its so Big and fresh I love the sprouts and with the avocado it doesn't need a spread.

They have a hummus vegie board that I've enjoyed

I have also ordered their tacos and subbed the meat for mushrooms and it was so good with the Asian sauce they have!

I've been several times and love the ambiance and the food really is top tier in my book.

be patient and read the menu then be sure to let them know what you want.

the chili lime cilantro salad is vegan as well as the edamame salad both are yum!

the side salads/slaw come with the sandwich just let them know you want it because some cashiers don't ask.

Pros: Make it vegan, Fresh and Clean, Large servings

Cons: No Vegan specific dishes , Cashiers dont always offer the side slaw
