Healthy Omni Place w/ multiple Vegan Options

So this is a place that serves generally healthy food, with very good flavor combinations, in a nice presentation, for somewhat higher prices. Also, there's a day spa in the back. The format is to select a bowl (most are mostly veg), top with a protein, and add a sauce or other topping. They WILL customize to order, so if there's an egg that usually comes with your bowl, just ask them to omit it. They had the Beyond Beef burger patty that was well prepared (fried crispy on the outside). These statements are reflective of the fact that the food (pickled items not withstanding) are freshly prepared.

I generally recommend this place as serving food that fresh, healthy, and tasty. Having written all of that, it is somewhat reminiscent of True Food Kitchen in that it some aspects appear healthier on first glance, and less so on close inspection. For example, the bowl I got came with white rice, and brown rice did not seem to be an option.

This place is pleasant, but NOT inexpensive. It's not outrageous, but two non-alcoholic drinks, a chicken wrap (my omni companion) and a bowl with protein and a sauce came out to about 38 euros before tip.

Additionally, for tracking allergies, according to a friend in another town, Austria had a problem with people being served food containing allergens, so now menus tend to mention that fact. On this menu (see picture), behind each item, is an alphabetical code system to ID the allergen. There is a key at the bottom of the menu. This allows vegans and vegetarians to parse out the ingredients. Too bad these indicators were in a small font, in white lettering, making them a little hard to see. Also, if you are an English speaker, ask for the English menu.

Pros: Tasty, fresh, nicely presented, Enough vegan options, esp. w/ modification, Reveals all allergens on menu

Cons: Not cheap but probably worth it, Mostly healthy, with a exceptions
