Pretty decent option if you’re in the area - Edit
Mi restaurant is a Southeast Asian restaurant. There is a veggie menu meaning a mix of vegetarian and vegan ones. The vegan ones are the mixed veggie noodles and shiitake & broccoli noodles. All other ones have eggs and you will need to ask for it to be vegan. The noodle dishes came out to be really flavorful!

While wondering around the Ranch 99 Center we found Mi Restaurant. We came in and chatted with Ryan one of the owners. He was super nice and totally knows what vegan is and recommended the Singapore Style Stir-Fry. Awesome dish!!!
