Vegan street food!

Street food is everywhere in Saigon. It's a huge part of Vietnamese culture. Lunch time see office workers sitting down on little plastic chairs on the street eating cheap street food. At dinner time see families eating together on the little plastic chairs.
There is also a huge thriving vegan street food scene. Just look out for the word "chay". Order whatever everyone else is eating. Enjoy.
This all vegan street food stall is one of those excellent stalls you find all over Saigon.
